Claro Walnut Round/ Crosscut that came out of an orchard that reached maturity from Capay, in Glenn County, CA. This particular piece is coming right out of the graft line between the Claro Walnut rootstock and the grafted English Walnut, this is the first cut that was predominantly Claro Walnut in the log that this round came from.
